One record per person

GwenOS assembles one resolved record for every patient, member, provider, payer, and claim, from every system that holds a fragment.

The problem

Your agent does not know who the patient is.

The same person shows up in the EHR, the claims system, eligibility, prior auth, and the provider directory. Each system gave her a different ID. None of them compared notes. An agent working from one of those systems is working from a fifth of the picture.

How resolution works

Resolution runs continuously

Records are matched and merged as data arrives, with provenance kept on every field. You can see which system a value came from, and when. Nobody waits for the quarterly batch.

Where the data sits

Nothing moves first.

GwenOS reads data where it already lives, inside your governance perimeter. The record gets assembled without a migration project standing in front of it.

What it does for the work

Every Solution starts from the same record

Intelligent UM opens a case with the member's full history attached. Intelligent RCM sees the claim and the chart together. HCC Risk Adjustment sees every condition the record supports. Nobody rebuilds the patient for each workflow.

See your own data resolved into one record.
