We tell you what the role is. We do not run trick interviews.
We tell you what the team is working on and what the path looks like. We expect you to ask hard questions about the company and the work. We expect to answer them. A typical loop is one introductory conversation, two or three role-specific conversations, and a closing meeting with the hiring leader. If we are not the right fit, we say so. If we are, we move quickly.
